Delivery Times
We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders to any address in the British Isles. Our UK standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from when an order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, (except for Bank Holidays). We do not ship orders during weekends and do not ship to Europe or BFPO addresses.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We regret that we will be unable to modify an address after 9am on the working day immediately after an order is placed.
My Order Has Not Arrived, What Should I Do?
Most orders arrive within 3-5 days but in the unlikely event of late delivery, please allow 10 working days after the despatch date before contacting us as we need to allow for any postal delays before we can respond. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@day2dayshop.com. We may need to contact you to confirm your delivery address before sending replacements.
Important: In some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard Letterbox and could have been taken back to your local Sorting Office for collection or accepted by a neighbour. If you can, please check first before requesting a reissue.
