Delivery Times
We offer Free Delivery on all orders to any address in the British Isles & Ireland. We do not currently ship to Europe or BFPO addresses. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from when an order is placed and payment received. Orders are normally shipped between Monday to Friday 9am and 5pm, (except for Bank Holidays). We do not ship orders during Weekends.
All orders are delivered via Standard Royal Mail 1st Class Small Packet Service. Please note that a Tracking Number is not available for this service. Although this service does not 'guarantee' a delivery time, it has proven to be a very effective way of delivering our products to our customers.
My Order Has Not Arrived, What Should I Do?
Most orders arrive within 3-5 days but in the unlikely event of late delivery, please allow 10 working days after the despatch date before contacting us as we need to allow for any postal delays before we can respond. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days after despatch date, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@day2dayshop.com. We may need to contact you to confirm your delivery address before sending replacements.
Please Note: If you have ordered a number of items, your goods may be supplied in more than one package. Although these will always be shipped at the same time, packages may not arrive at the same time.
Important: In some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard Letterbox and could have been taken back to your local Sorting Office for collection or accepted by a neighbour. If you can, please check first before requesting a reissue.
