Our Returns Policy
We strive to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. You must notify us by telephone / email of your intention to return items.
Once we have received your return request an order returns form will be sent including FreePost instructions. Items for return must be sent back to us within 28 days.
Return Procedures
a) How to return a product?
To return a product, please contact customer care by emailing: customercare@day2dayshop.com. with the order number, product name, and reason for return. We will then email a return form to be printed off and sent with the returned goods. We may not accept returned products without a returns form.
Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied items must be returned to in a condition fit for resale in order to obtain a full refund. Faulty products will be replaced upon receipt of the faulty item, unless authorized.

c) How and when refunds are processed?
Refunds are processed within 30 days of order cancellation or return, but normally within 5 working days. A refund can only be given in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase.
In cases where an item has been incorrectly ordered, Free Post return is not available and the return postage will be bourne by the customer.
d) How refunds are calculated?
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre.
