1. How do I make a purchase?
a) Select the item and quantity you need, and add them to your Basket.
b) When you have finished shopping, click on the Basket button to review your items. Once in the Basket, you can change quantities, remove or add items or 'Proceed to the Checkout' to complete your purchase.
c) Once you are in the Checkout section, please enter your login details. If you are a new customer, simply select the 'Create New Account' tab and enter your details. Please note - we promise to never pass these details to a third party. Please ensure to enter all of your details correctly. We cannot change delivery details once you have placed you order.
d) Once logged into your account you may make your payment using our secure payment site.
e) Please ensure that you have entered all of your payment and delivery details correctly as this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
2. How do I pay for my items?
You can pay for your goods by using your Credit/Debit Card and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments by cheque, postal order or over the telephone.

3. Is shopping online safe?
Yes! We understand that some customers may feel reluctant to give Credit Card details over the Internet. day2dayshop use the latest 128-SSL encryption to protect and secure all card transactions. You can buy from day2dayshop with complete confidence.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In most cases deliveries are made within 3-5 working days. We will send you a confirmation Email as soon as your order has been shipped. Although they are normally shipped at the same time, packages may not all arrive on the same day.
We send all orders by Royal Mail 1st Class post so you will receive your order normally within 3-5 working days. In the unlikey event of your order not arriving after 14 days please email us in the first instance. We allow 14 days in case of any delays in the postal system which are often outside our control.
5. Do you guarantee delivery times?
Although Royal Mail 1st class post is fast and effective, it is not a guaranteed service. Most orders however, are nornally delivered within 3-5 working days.
6. Do you offer a next day delivery service?
We do not currently offer a next day delivery service. However, we may introduce this service in the future.
7. Where do you ship?
We ship to any address in the British Isles & Ireland. We do not currently ship to Europe or BFPO addresses. Please select see About Delivery for postage details. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once your order was been placed.
8. What if I have a query regarding my order?

We aim to reply to your Email as quickly as possible. This is normally within 24 business hours. During busy periods when demand is higher than normal however, this may take a little longer and we are sorry for any delay you may experience. Please ensure to give us as much information as possible as this will help us respond more effectively.
9. How do I find the item I need?
If you are unsure of the item or part you need, the easiest way to find it is to use the search facility. Place the model or part number into the search box and this will display a list products to choose from.
10. Where do I find my part or model number?
a) Printers
Printers normally have the manufacturer name and model number on the front or top of the machine. In some cases it may be on a label at the back. Alternatively, you will find the model number in the instruction manual. Most model numbers usually consist of numbers only but may have a combination of letters and numbers.
b) Vacuum cleaners
Vacuum cleaners have a model name and number on the front of the machine but for many brands, this is not always the number the manufacturers use to identify the specific machine. You will find the model number on an information label situated either at the back or on the bottom of the appliance. Care should be taken when handling the appliance and we recommend that the machine is
disconnected from the mains. Most model numbers usually consist of numbers only or a combination of letters and numbers.

13. How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
From time to time, day2dayshop.com may email you with special offers or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive these you can unsubscribe from this service. To do this, either click on the word 'Unsubscribe' contained within the email that you receive, or alternatively log onto your account and go to the 'Account Management' section.
