UK & Channel Islands - 1st Class - £2.99 - Irrespective of the number of products you purchase
Republic of Ireland – £6.50 - Irrespective of the number of products you purchase
The delivery charge will be shown at the Checkout when you pay for your order.
Delivery Times
We aim to despatch all 'in stock' items within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order is placed during a Weekend or Bank Holiday however, this will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Mon-Fri 09.00hrs-17.00hrs. We endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 3-5 working days. We will send you a confirmation E-mail as soon as your order has been despatched. Delivery is made by 1st Class Royal Mail Post. Please note, this is not a guranteed service and all delivery times are estimates only. We are unable to guarantee any delivery dates or times as delays may occur that are outside our control.
What to Do if the Delivery is Delayed
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive after 14 days we will replace your original order or missing items. For all delivery enquiries please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@day2dayshop.com.
Please Note: Although parcels are normally despatched at the same time, parcels may not arrive at the same time. In some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard Letterbox and could be taken back to the local Sorting Office for collection or accepted by a neighbour. If you can, please check first before requesting a reissue.
