Our Returns Policy
We endeavour to make sure the products you order arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. You must notify us by Email of your intention to cancel. After notification we will Email you a Returns Form that must be returned with the goods you are returning. Products may not be accepted unless a Return Form has been issued by day2dayshop.com and returned with the goods.
Return Procedures
How to return a product
To return a product, please contact our Returns Centre by Emailing: returnscentre@day2dayshop.com quoting your Web Order Number and the product(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then Email you a Returns Form which should be printed off and placed in with the items for return. We may not accept returned products without a Returns Form.
Items no longer required must be complete, unused and in original condition including original packaging and and all accessories including any gift vouchers, free gifts etc. All items must be returned in good condition. You will be refunded the full Invoice amount less cost of delivery. Faulty products will replaced upon receipt of the faulty item unless authorized by us.

How and when refunds are processed
Refunds are processed within 30 days of order cancellation. A refund will only be given in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase.
How refunds are calculated
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return.
Please note: If an item is incorrectly ordered or is no longer required a re-stocking fee of 25% plus postage will be deducted from your refund unless you cancel your order within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. All special order products (products which state over 10 days delivery time) are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
